THE BEAUTY INDUSTRY WAS DESIGNED BY MEN. WE'RE DONE WITH THAT.

For decades, the products women carry have been imagined by people who will never use them. Focus groups and feedback forms. Boardrooms full of guesswork.

We're selecting 23 women to work directly with our engineers and become the next generation of beauty product designers. Not advisors. Not ambassadors. Designers.

You'll learn what no one teaches. You'll build what doesn't exist yet. And when it ships, your name is on it.

The process will be filmed. The products will be real. The opportunity will not come again.

Who We're Looking For

YOU ALREADY KNOW IF THIS IS FOR YOU.

We're not looking for the loudest person in the room. We're looking for the one everyone glances at when she walks in. The one who notices everything and says very little about it.

Someone who can hold a conversation with a stranger and leave them wondering what just happened. Someone who moves like she has somewhere to be but never seems rushed.

The beauty industry needs more than new products. It needs women who understand presence, precision, and the power of being underestimated.

The Program

YOU'LL LEAVE AS A PRODUCT DESIGNER.

This is a 12 month immersion. You'll work side by side with engineers who've built technology for aerospace, defense, and consumer electronics. They'll teach you how products are actually made.

Materials science. Manufacturing. Prototyping. The things they don't put in tutorials. The knowledge that separates people who have ideas from people who ship products.

By the end, you won't just have opinions about beauty products. You'll know how to create them. And you'll have proof.
